Frequently asked questions

If the answer you need is not here, send the question on WhatsApp — we usually reply the same day.

There is no honest fixed number for this. How long the layer lasts depends on how often the bike is ridden, where it is parked and how it is washed. A bike kept indoors and washed with a pH-neutral shampoo will hold up far longer than one parked in the sun and scrubbed with dish soap. We give an estimate after seeing your bike.

Yes — polishing removes a very thin layer of clear coat. That is why we measure clear-coat thickness first and do not recommend repeated polishing without a reason. If your paint is only lightly dull, a single finishing pass is usually enough.

An express wash takes around 30 minutes and you can wait for it. Full detailing takes half a day to a full day. For coating work the bike stays overnight so the curing is not disturbed by water or dust.

We do not promise a durability guarantee in years, because that depends on use we do not control. What we do stand behind is the work itself: if a stage was missed or the result does not match what we described at the start, we redo it at no extra cost.

It depends how deep they are. Fine scratches and swirl marks can usually be reduced or removed by polishing. A scratch you can feel with a fingernail has gone through the clear coat and cannot be polished out — that needs repainting. We tell you which one it is after the inspection.

For a wash you can simply turn up. For full detailing, polishing and coating please book, because the work takes time and slots are limited.

For studio services you pay on site once the work is done. For products ordered through this site, we send payment instructions over WhatsApp after the order is placed — the site does not process payments online yet.

Yes, products ship anywhere in Indonesia by standard courier. Instant courier is available around Bekasi, or you can collect at the studio with no shipping cost.

Start with what makes the biggest difference: a pH-neutral shampoo, a microfiber wash mitt and two drying towels. Those three solve most of what causes swirl marks. Compound and coating can wait until you are comfortable.

Send a photo of your bike on WhatsApp and we will help work out which service actually makes sense for its condition.
