Shipping Policy

This page explains the delivery methods available for our care products, their cost, processing times, and what happens when a parcel goes wrong.

1. Delivery methods

• Studio collection — free, available during opening hours on presentation of your order code.
• Standard courier — roughly 2–4 working days around Greater Jakarta, longer outside Java depending on the courier.
• Instant courier — available around Bekasi, usually arriving the same day.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated from the total order weight and the method you choose, and shown on the checkout page before you place the order. Standard shipping is free on orders over Rp 500,000.

Liquids are packed with extra protection. For orders containing a 5-litre jerry can, instant courier may not be available because of vehicle size limits.

3. Processing time

Orders with payment confirmed before 15:00 on a working day are processed the same day. Orders after that time, or on a public holiday, are processed the next working day.

4. Damaged, lost or misdelivered parcels

Contact us straight away with your order code and photos of the parcel. For transit damage, photos taken as the parcel is first opened help a great deal with the courier claim.

A parcel marked delivered that you did not receive is traced together with the courier. If tracing finds nothing, we either reship the order or refund it.
