Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the Broku Moto Care site collects, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and what rights you have over it.

1. Data we collect

We only collect data you type into the forms on this site. There is no behavioural tracking, no advertising profile, and no third party is allowed to place tracking scripts here.

• Booking form: name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), motorcycle model, chosen service, date and arrival time, plus any notes you write.
• Product order form: name, email, WhatsApp number, delivery address, city, postal code and order notes.
• Contact form: name, email, subject and message.
• Your chosen language, stored in a cookie on your device.
• Your cart contents, stored in localStorage on your device and never transmitted anywhere until you press the order button.

2. Basis and purpose of use

The data you submit is used for one thing: following up on your request. Booking details are used to check slot availability and contact you. Order details are used to process and ship your order. Contact messages are used to answer your question.

We do not use your data to send promotions without consent, we do not sell or rent it to anyone, and we do not combine it with other sources to build a profile.

3. Storage and security

In this version of the site, data submitted through the forms is held in server memory and disappears when the server restarts. There is no permanent database in operation. We state this plainly so you do not assume an archive exists when it does not.

When this site is used commercially and a permanent database is enabled, this section will be updated with the storage location, retention period and security measures that apply at that time.

Follow-up communication usually continues on WhatsApp. Conversations there are governed by that provider’s privacy policy, which is outside our control.

4. Your rights over your data

Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection gives you a set of rights over your personal data, including:

• Request information about the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave.
• Object to particular processing of your data.

To exercise any of these, email the address in the contact section below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask for enough proof of identity to be sure the data does not go to the wrong person.

5. Children’s data

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has submitted data through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy can be updated when the way the site works changes. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the home page beforehand.
