Terms & Conditions
Updated August 27, 2026
These terms apply whenever you use the Broku Moto Care site, send a booking request or place a product order. By using the site you are taken to have read and accepted them.
1. Using the site
The site exists to provide information about our motorcycle care services and products. You may not use it for unlawful activity, to disrupt its operation, or to scrape data at scale without written permission.
2. Service bookings
A booking request sent through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A slot is only reserved once we confirm availability over WhatsApp or by phone.
- Displayed service prices are ranges. The final price is set after an in-person inspection and agreed before work starts.
- Time estimates assume a bike in standard condition and may change if we find something that complicates the work.
- We may decline or stop work if continuing would risk damaging the bike, and we will explain why.
3. Product orders
An order placed through this site is not yet a completed transaction. The site does not process payments online. After ordering you receive an order code and we continue with the final total and payment instructions over WhatsApp.
- Displayed stock levels are indicative and may change before confirmation.
- We may cancel an order if stock runs out, a displayed price is obviously wrong, or the recipient details cannot be verified.
- An order cancelled before payment creates no obligation on either side.
4. Limits of responsibility
We are responsible for the work we perform as agreed. We are not responsible for damage that existed before we received the bike, for parts that were already worn or brittle, or for what happens through use after the bike is handed back.
Any pre-existing condition we find is pointed out and recorded with you at handover.
5. Intellectual property
The name, logo, illustrations and text on this site belong to Broku Moto Care unless stated otherwise. You may share links to these pages, but you may not copy the content for commercial use without written permission.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law with its amendments. Disputes are to be settled by discussion first.
